Lotus was created to make professional dental hygiene easy to reach for everyone, no matter how busy life gets or how hard it is to travel.
Our Story
Why we took the clinic on the road
Too many people fall behind on their cleanings, not because they do not care, but because getting to an appointment is hard. Parents juggling schedules, seniors who no longer drive, people with disabilities, and workers who cannot take the time off all deserve the same quality of preventive care.
So we built a clinic that comes to them. Lotus is a fully equipped dental hygiene practice on wheels, bringing professional, compassionate care directly to homes, workplaces, residences and schools across the GTA.
The lotus flower grows strong and beautiful from humble roots. It is a reminder of what we believe: that small, consistent care leads to lasting health.

Former clinical instructor
My fascination with teeth began at age 7, when I lost my very first baby tooth. That curiosity grew into a lifelong passion, and in 1993 I earned my dental degree. Today I am a Registered Dental Hygienist with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association.
Earlier in my career I worked as an academic and clinical instructor at a dental hygiene school, and teaching is still one of my favourite parts of the job. I love helping people understand their mouths and take charge of their own oral health. I keep my skills current through continuing education, so every patient receives care that reflects the latest standards and protocols.
I left India with my parents at a young age and grew up on three different continents before settling in Toronto. Living in so many places taught me that every person is unique, with their own values, traditions and beliefs, and I bring that understanding and respect to every appointment. I am happy to care for you in English, Hindi or Urdu.
Outside of work, I am a proud mom of two daughters. You will usually find me listening to music, planting flowers in my garden, cooking gourmet meals, heading out on a road trip or watching a movie. My favourite hero? Spider-Man.
